- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought an expensive collector's edition memorial magazine, the package had "do not bend" stamped all over it, and they folded it like a taco and crammed it into my tiny 5" tall mail cubby. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am posting 2 stars because there is one carrier who is awesome. She is very professional and does a great job extremely accurate. That being said, there is another carrier (or more than one I'm not sure) who really needs to look for another job. I am constantly getting my neighbors mail and vise-versa. I've had several packages delivered to the wrong address, and one $50 item lost completely. The customer service is less than helpful and often rude or abrasive on the phone. If you have a package to be delivered I suggest UPS or FedEx.By Mr. J, May 09, 2017
