- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience!! We took our tax info a month before the deadline and then they kept putting us off and then made us do an extension on our tax filing (they said it was because the CPA was sick) but they had already had our info a month before) and then we had to pay a penalty for them doing the incorrect amount of estimated taxes!!! If we could give them a minus ten stars that would be better! We were also charged a high amount. We are so disappointed in a business that has been around since 1988!! We will never go here again and will tell everyone we know also. My husband is on disability social security and this experience has caused more difficulties for him. We will definitely find a more reputable company next year. Please beware if you decide to give these folks your business.By Catherine Pearce, January 12, 2017
